EOSYS’s manufacturing division is a UL-listed (UL508A , UL698A), full-service panel manufacturing facility. We are capable of constructing control panels for any industrial or commercial application and providing design assistance. Our customers benefit from the widespread acceptance of the UL Mark by regulatory authorities in every jurisdiction in the United States and Canada. Our facility is located in Smyrna, TN. and has been in operation for over 25 years. We have over 15,000 square feet of conditioned space with additional overflow construction space and storage for peak demand periods.

EOSYS’s experience and thorough knowledge of industrial standards allow us to produce control panels that are dependable, practical, and maintainable. Our management stays current on the latest industry standards and regulations. We construct and install panels for our own internal integration needs as well as from third party designs and OEM’s. All panels are wired by NFPA-70 , NFPA-79 , UL508A, UL698A and/or customer specified standards as appropriate.

We print heat shrink wire labels for most wire sizes and terminal block tags for Phoenix, Weidmuller, Wieland, Allen Bradley, and Entrele terminal blocks and maintain two engravers for custom panel tags that can be made to order. EOSYS also manufactures pneumatic panels and custom cables.
