The EOSYS Group has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The Tennessean. This marks the third consecutive year that EOSYS has been included on the Top Workplaces list. Inclusion is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
Being a 100% Employee Owned ESOP, EOSYS is extremely focused on helping our employees reach their full potential by providing career development, challenging opportunities, and excellent benefits. Our culture of employee ownership and a commitment to excellence makes EOSYS a unique place to build a career. EOSYS’s HR Director, Pete Eiden says, “Being named to the Top Workplaces list is always an honor, particularly because the award is based solely on feedback from our employees. It’s an acknowledgement of our hard work to build an organization that both excites and rewards the contributions of our employees. As a 100% employee-owned company, we recognize that our success is directly dependent on the dedication and the commitment of the entire team.”
“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
