Our History

Founded in 1991, PREMIER System Integrators became EOSYS in December 2021 to better represent its employee-ownership structure, expanded service offerings, and our path forward as a market leader in automation and information solutions.

The company was founded as PREMIER System Integrators and initially provided turnkey system integration services for manufacturing facilities in the southeast. Over the last 30 years, we have grown to be a multifaceted organization providing a wide range of services to manufacturers across the U.S.

From our headquarters in Smyrna, Tennessee, EOSYS offers panel fabrication and installation, as well as Industrial IT services in addition to our core business of industrial controls and manufacturing information systems integration.

EOSYS aims to create unmatched value for every customer and every employee-owner. Employee ownership is the bedrock component of how we do business. Because we are an employee-owned company, our team members are personally invested in the success of each customer, recognizing its impact on the long-term success of EOSYS.

For 30 years, EOSYS has been able to drive difficult and challenging projects to successful completion, creating strong and loyal customer relationships. Our methodology, dedication, and attention to detail generate lasting results.

EOSYS has more than 200 employee owners working across five regional offices in Nashville, Huntsville, Atlanta, Cincinnati, and Minneapolis. While our local plant support is in the southeastern U.S., EOSYS has demonstrated its ability to support large manufacturers across the country and overseas.
